Species: Daemon
Appearance
Hair: Reddish
Eyes: Gold

Build: Skinny and a little short, with wider shoulders.
Attire: A long brown overcoat, a very long bluish scarf, a hat with a feather in it, some pretty basic trousers, and a pair of boots suitable for kicking and walking.

[Full Body Sketch]
Personality: Paranoid, Altruistic, Oblivious, Impulsive, and sometimes destructive. Lint is very conflicted on the subject of himself, often preferring to concentrate his attention and concern upon other people rather than his own status. He has a strange condition that has him believing several odd things about the nature of the world - for example, he may believe that he is being chased by several rabid dogs, or that before speaking he must snap his fingers three times, or that the air has spontaneously turned into a giant writing mass of furious snakes over the course of his day, or hour, or moment. The reasons for these delusions is generally rooted in the fact that his short-term memory is less than dependable. Regardless of whatever it is he's in the middle of believing, Lint is generally anxious to assist and befuddle any stranger with whatever assets he has on hand and his tall tales.
Sexuality: Lint is not currently in possession of a sex drive. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Strengths: Lint can go for long periods of time without eating or sleeping, and when I say long periods of time, I really mean something more like forever. He's not indestructible but he's nearly immortal, having the capacity to reattach missing body parts and to take all sorts of damage without *quite* dying. In his prime condition, Lint's strength reaches some astonishing limits, able to take down a guy twice his size (and this has happened before, you'd better believe). Mentally, he can be somewhat clever, although he's generally screwed by the limits of his more eccentric qualities. However, as a whole he generally has the element of surprise on his side. This is an advantage, probably.
Weaknesses: The big downside to his "immortality" is that it degrades whatever skills he might have. Without food or rest, Lint begins losing his ability to communicate, as well as his remarkable strength. As well, he might be able to take a knife in the back but he'll suffer appropriate penalties to his endurance and strength. After a certain point of damage (generally when he's been disassembled), his body ceases to function, leading him to a kind of "death" until his remains are properly shoved together.
Although Lint is a rather unorthodox daemon, his largest weakness remains holy words and artifacts. A holy arrow or blade will cause localized paralysis and distortion of speech, and the appropriate scripture or a dose of holy water down his throat will render him completely powerless, even disabling his levitation.
Mentally, Lint may find himself open to manipulation due to his natural altruism and paranoia (Although the manipulator should remember that he isn't stupid, of course.)
A final weakness lies in the fact that he isn't very good in his personal upkeep, and may often be found in a state where his strength does not amount to much, or where he is missing a couple fingers, or where he cannot communicate reliably. However, we might assume that he may become more reliable while en route with another person. It's the solitude that usually does it to him.
Abilities
Active: Immortality - One could hack Lint into pieces, blow a hole through him, or even electrocute the poor bastard and he'll remain alive and (somewhat) well: As long as Lint is allowed to reassemble, he will survive to live another day. Burning may raise a bit of a question, but it is pretty difficult to burn an object into complete dust, ain't it? Lint can also incorporate rough prosthetics into real muscle and bone, although it may take him three months or more for his recovery to be complete. In the short term, he can reattach his own amputated fingers without too many consequences. In short, one may drive Lint to the edge of death and he'll recover...although certainly not within the year.
Delusions - May be bolstered by stress of any kind. Oh, these are only his delusions, he doesn't possess the power to bestow them upon anybody else.
Levitation - Lint doesn't obey the laws of physics in the regular sense. He may step through the air as if it was a stair case, and as it is not dependent upon physical or mental stresses upon his person, he may stay there indefinitely. This ability has several downsides: He may not rise into the air very fast (Because that's not the way it works, staircase remains the preferred analogy), he cannot "turn it off" so remaining on the ground is dependent upon his own faulty guesswork, and he may not be lifted or carried. The latter disadvantage means that if someone was to attempt to lift him, they would find him to be too heavy to move. Additionally, he is unable to use modes of transportation such as carriages or horses.
Translation - Lint can understand any spoken language, although body language remains a mystery to him. He can also decipher many different written languages, although alphabets are slightly difficult in comparison with more syllabic characters and pictographs are more or less impossible to translate.
Passive: Suspension: Lint can freeze every part of his body in space, although whether or not this is practical is to be debatable. He may also freeze other things, but living creatures will find it to be ineffectual, often shaking it off in seconds if not instantaneously.
Weapons: A pocket knife he keeps in his pocket may aid him in combat, but the tool he is assumed to be using would more likely be the shovel he carries everywhere. The shovel is mildly decorative but quite functional, and provides him some moral support.
History: Where from Lint had sprung forth seems to be quite a mystery. Lint has a thousand creation stories, none of which even begin to be plausible. It could be that he's existed since the beginning of time, or he could have spontaneously appeared seven seconds ago. Considering his difficulties regarding memory, it's doubtful such information will ever be necessary, right?

Next one o' the folk started shoutin back at him, with support from th' pack of maniacs - but the words burnt in his mind, somehow, and then all of a sudden he was fallin' through th' air...
...a terrifying feeling for one who never fell from anythin'.
The folks did some stuff to him, he remembered. They insist'd on burnin' and buryin' him, with a holy ward round the grave. And there he was left for a thousan' million years.
perhaps a few centuries, rather.
the strange, alien thought rolled and rolled through his mind...
...and then he forgot again.
Lint strolled through the town, about a centimeter from the ground, feeling mellow. He felt a dreadful uncertain feeling, like nothing about the world was ever right, and never was going to be ever again. But he had no need for these thoughts, and discarded them, 'cos it wasn't like he'd ever have any use for any of 'em.

Other; Just a strange existence. I'm hoping he'll be easy to roleplay with ^^;
By the way, if any hunters want to go after him I'm sure it'd be interesting
He is also open to companionship minus sexytimes ~o~ (or, rather, ._.)
because again, it'll be interesting.
