(okay, I know this is going to sound girly and such, but wait until you get to her history before you judge :3 also, this is my first time with a char like this, so input would be appreciated :3 I promise ill try not to powerplay.)

Nickname: “runner” number 2 (what her fellow “runners” call her)

Appearance
Hair: straight, aqua-coloured hair that goes down to her knees
Eyes: A stunning reddish purple colour. They seem to hold an inner darkness within, and betray her evil nature.
Complextion: a cinnamon brown
Build: short and skinny, she is very dainty and fragile like a fairy. She has green and blue butterfly wings on her back that sparkle.
Attire: she wears simple dresses that are usually pink or orange. The dresses seem to be made of silk.
Vocals: most of the time she has a very soft voice, like an innocent child. Her laugh sounds like tinkling bells, but when she isn’t acting, that innocent voice takes on a dark tone.

Personality: she acts very sweet and innocent, but truthfully, she doesn’t really care about anything except her “parent” and her “siblings.” She has a tendency to act like a neglected child who craves attention. She is also get annoyed/angry very easily. She is also a little selfish.
Sexuality:Hetero
Strengths: She looks life a fairy/innocent little girl, she is cunning, she can fly very fast, and run fast. She has lesser daemons under her control that she can communicate with in her mind.
Weaknesses: her wings are a weak-spot, and if they are injured, it is very bad for her and she will no longer be able to fly. The only people she cares about is her “family” and she cannot actually physically reach them, so she has no allies.
Abilities
Active: she can shrink to the size of a fairy, or grow to the size of a young girl. She can speak with her fellow “runners” in her mind and order her lesser daemons with her mind.
Passive:she can drain someone’s life force, but only after she has “entranced” them, and only then if she’s touching them.
Weapons: none, unless the lesser daemons can be considered weapons.

History:
Cordelia was born from the “parent” a daemon that requires a continuous stream of life-energy to live. The “parent” creates fairy-like daemons to serve it and gather energy for it. Cordelia is the second of these, there is a total of 10. They pretend to be fairies, and prey on any creature. They prefer humans because they are easier to “entrance” which is what they must do to be able to drain the energy from their prey.
They also control butterfly-shaped lesser daemon to protect them selves, as they have no special powers of your own. These butterfly daemons attack by swarming their prey and injecting them with a paralysing agent.
Cordelia had been travelling with the other “runners” but decided that she would hunt on her own so that she would be rewarded. She flew into Alatus Nox, and has been unable to leave since.
