Name: Basil Zelenko
Nickname: Jasmine (this is his preferred name, unless you see him, on the rare occasion, that he is not in drag), which has been shortened to Jas, Jazzy, and what ever else anyone can think of. He has also been referred to lovingly as 'Queen.'
Gender: Jasmine doesn't care what you call him. He's got the biology of a male, so that's usually what he goes with. He prefers the outward appearance of a female.

Appearance
Hair: Black, wavy, kept somewhere in the middle between chin and shoulder length. He has many wigs, though, to cover or add to this.
Eyes: Ice Blue, like his younger brother.

Build: Skinny and short. Not a lot of muscle, not a lot of fat.
Attire: Whether in male or female dress, Basil/Jasmine is always in elaborate clothing. He likes lace, satin, and velvet the best. He usually has makeup on, even if he's not in drag. He has a piercing in each earlobe.
Vocals: His loud, high-pitched, slightly whiny voice is still recognizably male.

Personality: He's commanding, good at delegating, and is more willing to do mental work than physical work. He tries to be sweet, but he's ultimately more logical than emotional. This can sometimes cause him to unintentionally step on people's feelings with his high heeled shoes. He likes order and cleanliness; he'll know if you messed with his hair brush because you didn't put it back 'just so.' He's a natural leader. That, of course, is what he thought made him ideal for running a night club.

His family didn't mind, however, since there were plenty of other 'strange' characters around town, and they indulged by allowing his elaborate dress and mannerisms. He borrowed money from his parents to start a night club called Starless, which has more than returned the initial investment over the years.
